FAQs

Anyone can participate, whether or not you’ve attended a Cuirated workshop before.
You can refer in either of these ways:
1. Email tom@cuirated.com with the name of the person you’re referring, their email, company, and role (if applicable).
2. Ask the person you’re referring to mention your name when they reach out to book a workshop.
A referral is any booked event with 4 or more participants.
For larger events, you can earn multiple referrals:
- Take the total number of participants.
- Round to the nearest 10 (round up if the last digit is 5 or more, round down otherwise).
- Divide that number by 10.
Example: If your referral leads to an event with 25 participants, 25 rounds up to 30, and 30 ÷ 10 = 3, so you’ll earn 3 referrals for that event.
Yes. You’re welcome to refer outside the Bay Area. We offer virtual events and can travel for on-site workshops depending on group size.
